Technical Head of Customer Support.
Recruiting for a Technical Head of Customer Support in a highly technical role. You will manage a small team and be responsible for developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive technical support strategy. You will effectively recruit, develop and manage the team to deliver the right customer experience. Define and develop technical support processes and communication methods to deliver the right customer experience as well as assisting to develop and implement appropriate IT system requirements to deliver the technical support strategy. Other responsibilities will be to provide technical support for Marketing & PR / online social media, collaborate with senior Managers to review and oversee the returns process and work with Product and Project Managers to establish, monitor and deliver technical support requirements within new and existing product ranges. You will be required to have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all products, services and policies and communicate this effectively to the Technical /Customer Support Teams and customers where appropriate. Key Skills/Experience Required: For the Technical Head of Customer Support you will have a technical background ideally within engineering, electrical, safety etc so you are able to grasp new technologies.
