Teamwork is key in our Customer Services Department as we work with our Business Customers helping them with their day to day queries about their Currys or Carphone Warehouse purchases. Were busy every day answering calls and emails making sure our Customers get all the support they need. As part of this role, you'll be responsible for: Taking Inbound calls from our Business Customers Responding to emails Working to the highest possible standards of Customer Service Using initiative and investigation skills to resolve Customer queries You will need: A strong Customer Service focus To be innovative in solving Customer concerns To be confident using computers although full training will be given To be a great Team Player We're one team and we celebrate all the great things you do.
