Chief Risk Officer.
Reporting to the Board, s/he will act as a trusted advisor, providing clear and expert advice to identify and propose solutions to mitigate risks.

The CRO will produce monthly risk reports for Board level review and may have to attend meetings with Directors to present report findings and conclusions.
We expect the CRO to have good knowledge in IT systems, especially having knowledge of:
- Onezero as a bridge
- MetaTrader 4
- Swap plugins
- Functioning of a Liquidity Provider
- CRM system integrating a client portal
- Familiarity of IT Infrastructures
The CRO shall liaise with the Chief Compliance Officer to negate any potential impact on regulatory compliance and will produce necessary Policies and Procedures.
The successful candidate will support the business in its efforts to secure the upgraded licence of a 750k licence.
You will need to be confident in liaising with the FCA and lead horizon scanning for regulatory change management, ensuring KVB Prime (UK) Limited stays aware and compliant to new regulations, legislation , guidance and updates. You must have had experience working at Senior level or above.
