Job DescriptionP ayroll Executive (Temporary 4 - 6 weeks) Job Description: * Process payroll data onamonthly basis in line with statutory and company requirements including attachments of earnings. * Statutory SickPay ,Statutory Maternity Pay and Statutory Paternity Pay schemes. * Monthly payroll submission, posting monthly journals. * Provide advice to staff and managers in relation to pay, taxation and NI. * Provide accurate payroll reports monthly to Operations Managers. * Work with the Payroll Manager to improve the efficiencies of payroll operations and work processes. * Assist with the completion of request forms from HMRC/DWPS. Furlough payments and Flexi Furlough payments * Monthly management of the Company Auto-enrolment pension scheme. * Support the Operations Team in dealing with employee relations issues and improvement of the tracking systems. S kills and Abilities ? Experienced with Monthly Payroll, Furlough and Flexi Furlough payments Strong systems skills (MS Office - Word/Excel). Working knowledge of Sage 50 Excellent ability to understand and read short correspondence, memos and instructions ? The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadline to achieve objectives Immediate startweeks Temporary Assignment Location - Leamington Spa
