Up to £75,000 Basic, £110,000 OTE uncapped + Exceptional Benefits Package.

As a Head of Sales, you will have a demonstrable track record of both business development and strategic account management. You will be responsible for setting the company's strategy, delivering profitable sales growth, and providing inspirational leadership. You will be a highly driven strategic thinker with a passion for international relations. The role will be home based but you will ideally live within a commutable distance to their Milton Keynes headquarters.

Degree educated

Ideally have an understanding of subscription-based sales and managing long-term client relationships.

Ability to lead, coach and mentor others

Highly enthusiastic about sales skills and negotiation and can demonstrate how to close deals

Displays honesty and integrity and can demonstrate these characteristics

Able to travel overseas occasionallyAbove all you will be a dynamic achiever, perhaps frustrated by a lack of autonomy or lack of ability to demonstrate your commercial creativity and entrepreneurship in your current role.
