Key Account Manager.

Our client, a Data Connectivity provider is looking to recruit a successful Key Account Manager for their Central London Office. The purpose of this position is to be fully responsible for managing accounts whilst using effective sales strategies in order to grow and retain clients.

The role:

* Understand the customer’s requirements and objectives to gain return on investment to continue to grow revenue pipelines

* Build and maintain solid working relationships with customers in order to secure a high retention rate

* Achieve and exceed renewal targets

* Proactively source new business opportunities out of allocated accounts

* Deliver marketing campaigns to customers

* Ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered at all times

To be successful in this role you must:

* Demonstrate a successful background in a competitive sales environment

* 2+ years’ experience within the telecommunications industry with knowledge of connectivity and unified communications products – essential

* The ability to build and maintain long term relationships with customers

* A competitive edge with a target orientated mindset

* Fantastic interpersonal skills

* The drive to overachieve retention and business development targets out of existing clients

* The capability to understand customer requirements to ensure delivery of the correct services and products are provided

* Possess exceptional customer service skills

* Be a natural problem solver
