Job Title - Service Desk Manager
Location - West Yorkshire - Wetherby
Salary - up to £40k Basic plus up to £5k bonus

You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of customer service staff. You will be ensuring they provide the best possible after-sales service in relation to service, delivery & breakdown. Previous experience in the Plant Hire industry would be an advantage.
• You'll need to be able to communicate knowledge of the company's products to the team.
• Assist in developing the business using efficiencies and system changes.
• You will need to develop relationships with customers and third party suppliers
• Ensure that field engineers and maximised safeguarding that repairs and servicing of equipment meets customer demands
• Achieve agreed KPI's & customer SLA's
• Look after repairs while equipment is on hire
• Provide an excellent level of customer service to all clientsThe Person & Skills
For this position you should be an enthusiastic and strong communicator who is motivated to lead and encourage your team.
• You'll need to be able to recognise sales opportunities
• First class approach to customer interaction and be focused on achieving maximum customer satisfaction.
• Able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
• You should be able to work alongside the Warehouse & Transport departments to provide a seamless service
• Deal with managing several hundred service calls each month.
• Computer Skills will be essential for this positionThe Package
