Experienced Receptionist required to join a local Middleton business
Your new company
You will be working for a rapidly growing company with a highly respected brand in Middleton, North Manchester. Working in the services industry they work with a range of clients from small owner managed organisations through to large blue chips.
Your new role
As Reception / Administrator you will be based in a busy office being the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries. You will be expected to take messages, put calls through to other departments, field unwanted calls and deal with general enquiries in a professional and friendly manner. You will also be the first point of contact for any visitors on-site, ensuring that all visitors sign in/out and providing refreshments to these guests. Standard working hours are 8.30 - 5.00 pm.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working in a busy office environment dealing with visitors face to face and customers over the telephone is essential. You must have a confident and professional telephone manner, be assertive and have a positive and eager approach to work as this company encourages a positive and motivated culture.
