I am currently recruiting for a great opportunity to join a well established team near Ross on Wye as a Residential Support Worker at a small home that cares for children aged 9-18 years old. The key areas are; supporting young people in education; encouraging them to attend local clubs and activities; ensuring all health needs are met; helping them develop skills for independent living; building resilience; increasing self-esteem; and equipping them with the knowledge and ability to keep themselves safe. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to make a difference to the lives of young people; to enable them to develop socially, emotionally and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for. No two days are ever the same, so you need to be happy to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
