A vacancy has arisen for a Service Design & Performance Manager.
Take a lead role in the design of IT services
Translating customer requirements and contractual obligations into a Service Design
Scope of services, delivery model(s), people, processes, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and supporting Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) to provide the basis for transition into BAU
Conduct Operational Readiness Assessments
Monitor SLA's and OLA's for Technology and report within the Risk framework
Develop Service Improvement Plans in support of Business Lines
Production of a Service Model to support Operational teams in the delivery of IT services
Champions service management and associated processes
Ensure service standards and targets are reflective of the EMEA IT and business needs
Support the vendor selection process
Ensure that all regulatory requirements are fully complied with, including SOX, FFIEC assessments and cyber risks
Experience in a Lead Service Design role
Extensive experience within large scale financial services experience. Banking / Financial Markets
Internal Service Design ideally, rather than delivering in from a Service Provider.
Experience of working with Legal, Compliance and Risk functions.
Able to demonstrate a broad technical understanding of the infrastructure stack (for example: networking, voice, storage, virtualization, compute platforms [server and desk...
