Front of House.
This role provides a professional and welcoming Front of House service to all clients and visitors of the company. The position also provides administrative support to the company, in particular the Office & HR Manager, to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis.
The main duty for this role is managing the switchboard, forwarding phone calls to the Consultants and taking messages effectively. It will also involve various marketing support tasks. There will be extensive on the job training and support throughout the onboarding process and our main priority is to hire a highly motivated, driven and diligent professional hoping to start a successful career in the City. Academic qualifications at A-Level or Degree level are not required.
Managing the switchboard - redirecting phone calls and taking messages effectively Taking in deliveries and manging post Managing the Boardroom calendar Meeting and greeting visitors - offering refreshments, and informing relevant Consultants of arrival Manging and ordering UK & US Office Supplies (stationery & catering) Assisting Office Manager with ad-hoc administrative tasks Assisting the wider company with ad-hoc administrative tasks Responding to requests and/or issues from external vendors and company staff
Maintaining Social Media accounts and posting new content Formatting Job Ad posts for Consultants Ordering Branded Merchandise
This role reports into the Office & HR Manager (for UK, NL, US).
