The Employment Solicitor will be offered a full-time, permanent role paying up to £40,000 per year.
Your New Role The Employment team is rapidly expanding and well renowned in the local market and beyond.
The department offers service to both claimants and respondents across the board specializing in contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
Key duties of the Employment Solicitor will include: Managing a varied caseload Providing employment law advice to education and commercial clients Drafting advice reports other documentation such as settlement agreements Assisting clients with HR processes and procedures Handling cases through tribunal proceedings Providing support on employment issues arising in transactions Involvement in marketing and business development at a departmental and firm-wide level Assisting with the development and supervision of more junior team members Developing relationships with the department's key clients About You Applications are invited from Employment Solicitors who demonstrate: Experience of dealing with contentious and non-contentious employment law matters Good knowledge and understanding of tribunal procedures and protocols High level of knowledge and understanding of employment law An excellent academic background Exceptional client care skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office High levels of motivation and the ability to add value to the role The ability to proactively manage matters with minimal supervision The ability to be a team player and get on with others Networking and client development skills Salary In return, the Employment Solicitor will be offered £30,000
- £40,000 per annum , dependent on experience.
