Social Media & Email Marketing Manager.
As the Social Media & Email Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing customer retention through our social media and email marketing channels. You will have sole responsibility for creating effective strategies for both organic and paid campaigns.
You will need extensive knowledge and experience of Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads as well as familiarity with other paid channels such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
You will be responsible for defining a company-wide social media strategy to drive brand awareness, increase sales and improve numbers of Likes and Follows on each social media channel.
You will also be responsible for managing the email marketing side of the business. This will involve sending regular emails to 10s of thousands of customers and cultivating new customer lists.
Your duties will involve:
Formulating co-ordinated strategies to maximise sales across the various social media and email marketing channels. Increasing Likes / Follows etc. by posting regularly on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and other social media. Working with the company designer to create engaging and interesting social media content. Managing budgets to maximise sales via paid social media campaigns. Increasing sales by sending targeted mass emails to 10s of thousands of customers. This may require liaising with the IT department to create suitable email lists. Using analytical software and social media dashboards to create useful reports for the marketing manager highlighting trends in sales / customer retention.
You'll need the following:
3-5 years of experience in managing social media accounts in a corporate environment. 2+ years of experience in organising mass email campaigns. Expert knowledge of Facebook in a business context.
