Exciting brand new role working for an online fashion retailer whose success story shows no signs of slowing. To ensure their customer journey is 5 star, they need a focused, energetic and passionate manager who truly believes the customer is king!!
The main responsibilities of the role are:
• Managing a small busy, fast moving team providing excellent customer service by telephone and across social media platforms.
• Motivating and creating a positive, upbeat work culture
• Assess current systems with a view to bringing in new ones
• Have a creative mind to innovate with the customer experience and service offering (chop it, change it, make it great!)
• Recruiting new team members
To be successful you will be:
• A proven CS Manager who has managed an online retail team (this is a must)
• Understand the use of Magento and Google analytics
• Used to juggling various projects
• Passionate about providing great customer service
• Ideally into Fashion
