Job DescriptionOur client, a leading West End based Financial Advisory firm, is looking for a permanent Receptionist to join the support team (*please note this role requires excellent audio typing skills with a touch typing speed of over 65wpm*). Salary up to £24,000 per annum plus great company benefits. In due course, this role will revert to full-time office based** ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Shared typing for the firm's consultants, mainly client letters and reports, predominantly audio typing (this can be up to 80% of the role) . It's essential that this work is produced accurately, to a high standard • Greeting clients and visitors to the office, offering refreshments etc. • Answering all telephone calls using a simple phone manager system • Ensuring all calls are dealt with in a pleasant and efficient manner and transferred through to the correct person or messages taken and sent by email, if required • Dealing with incoming post (sorting, date stamping and distributing).
