Our client are a newly formed midlands region coming from a well established developer based in the North West and South West of England and they are currently in the market for an experienced Sales Executive
We are looking for ambitious, confident and enthusiastic sales professionals in the Midlands Region.
Applicants must have a strong sales background with experience in a similar role within the housing industry.
The job purpose is to offer properties for sale in accordance with timing and rates given by the Sales Director at the earliest opportunity and for the best price. The Sales Executive will be actively involved with all parties to achieve legal completion, and will ensure that properties are ready, to company standards, at handover and that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered.
You will need to be courteous and professional at all times, organised, self-motivated, honest and trustworthy, and a willing team player who will make an immediate contribution in a busy and fast moving sales environment. Flexibility is required as this role will require the post holder to travel between sites on occasion. You will need to have access to your own transport, and a clean driving licence
