Job DescriptionRole: Continuous Improvement Lead Salary: ££55 000/ annum Job type: 18-month Fixed Term Contract Location: Surrey About the Company The company is one of the largest and longest established Energy companies in the UK. They are looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead to join their organisation to make effective process improvements in the organisation using techniques such as Lean, Six Sigma, operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Embed a sustainable culture of Continuous Improvement (CI) within the business. * Lead and facilitate process improvement based workshops to drive ideas and solutions * Identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement methodologies and the application of innovative thinking. * Support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working. * To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system * Drive process change using staff interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis. * To work with team members to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements * Implement the management and tracking of Continuous Improvement activities across the company. * Lead by demonstration of application, implementing a problem led, data driven and evidence-based approach to recommendations and decision making * Ensure effective change management to maximise the benefit from the change initiative once implemented * To set up a program, deliver coaching and run projects across business departments * Map process changes * This is an opportunity for you to create a central repository and deve...
