School SIMs Administrator.
Pertemps are looking for a full time enthusiastic and ambitious School Administrator in the Colchester area to join a dedicated School. Experience of SIMS Management Information System is essential for this role.
This role is for an experienced Administrator who is confidents using SIMS and is available for full-time term only basis. You will be working in a team of Office Staff, who are valuable part of the staff within the school and all to work towards the same aim that every child gets the most out of their education.
Throughout the day you will be required to complete numerous administrative support to the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team. The key areas you will focus on will be Attendance, Admissions/ Transfers, Management and Administration of Information Systems. It is important that you are able to work within a team as you will be working alongside the Inclusion Leader with regular meetings to track students attendance. Furthermore, you will also be ensuring the School follow Health and Safety Policies.

• Excellent communication, both written and spoken
• Well organised
• Good IT
• Empathetic with pupils, parents and teachers
• Able to prioritise work
