General Manager required to take on full responsibilities for the growth, governance and P&L of a medical devices company expecting European and FDA approval for its products before the end of 2020 with significant pre-orders already in place and expecting to generate sales of $80million in the next 3 years.

The company is still small and very well-funded with a very experienced board with senior industry leaders and presents the ideal time for the right person to drive it forward.

You will be fast moving, direct, extremely clear with your communications, agile and have the wherewithal to pivot from one task to another as the need arises.

Your background should ideally be medical devices/pharmaceuticals having taken a small firm through the rapid growth stage before with a sales and marketing strength and with the proven capability to lead and drive the other business functions and team members too.

The seniority of the position means the salary and share option package are extremely attractive.
