Care Coordinator.

40 hours a week As the Care Coordinator you will be working alongside the Registered Manager ensuring the smooth running of the business and Carer's. To provide the Care worker's with full briefings about the service user's need and any other information that is required so that they are able to deliver a high standard of care to the clients. To produce staff rota's using the company's computer based rostering system/ Web roster, ensuring that all records and rotas are up to date at all times and are compliant to the company's legal requirements of a safe and well-planned service. To monitor the performance of the Care Worker's, doing spot checks, completing risk assessments, conducting supervisions and appraisals. To undertake on call duties as part of the duties to provide an effective out of hours on - call service. Pickup care calls if rota is not covered. Requirements: Must have previous experience as a Care Coordinator. Must have good rostering skills. If youre an experienced Care Coordinator apply today
