Dutch and English Speaking- Call centre/Help Desk.
Fantastic opportunity for Dutch Speaking Helpdesk Support/Call Centre staff, to join a multilingual IT Service Desk as a Service Desk Analyst, based in Peterborough
This would be starting out as contract at this time, but looking for someone who is looking for a long term permanent role as this will likely go from contract to perm. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fantastic organisation looking for career driven people.
You will be fluent in both Dutch and English and have strong all round communication and interpersonal skills.
Desk hours covered between 0600 - 2300 7 days per week. Working 7.5 hours per day on a shift rotation, this will include weekends on a rota basis.
The ideal candidate will have a worked in an IT service role previously. However full training will be provided, therefore candidates with a excellent customer service coming from a call centre background, and ability to learn process driven IT activities, will be considered.
