Customer Manager- Major mults.
Hain Daniels are currently recruiting for a Customer Manager who has experience working with major mults. This is a home based role but will require travel to the Histon site at least twice a week and travel to customer meetings based predominantly in the South East. This role sits in our Grocery division that hosts ambient sweet spreads and jellies for our grocery brands. These includes Hartley's jams and jellies, Gale's honey, Rose's marmalades, Sun-Pat peanut butter, and the dairy free brand Dream.
This role will be focussed on the commercial management of key Customers, seeking to maximise sustainable profitable growth across Hain Daniels Brands and/or Own Label products.
Successful candidate must be able to build strong relationships and interface superbly across multiple functions and levels. Working cross functionally both internally and externally, the individual is responsible for all aspects of the customer relationship as a lead at Buyer level.
Key objective will be to drive sales, profit, distribution and visibility within the agreed account portfolio, achieving and exceeding set targets/budget. Managing existing business as well as identifying profitable new business opportunities. Negotiates CPI, annual terms, new listings & promotions.
The role may have some direct and in-direct line management responsibility.

Manage customer portfolio, accountable for achievement of agreed targets
Sales forecasting, reporting and analysis
Work cross functionally with NPD, Marketing, Category, logistics etc
Create and implement a full promotional and shopper activation programme
What you will need for the role / what it will take:
Proven track record in a similar role
FMCG sales experience
Previous experience working with mults.
Strong commercial acumen
