New Home Sales Executive - Leading Residential Developer - Surrey.
Basic salary: £30,000 - £32,000, OTE: £55,000 uncapped
I am currently recruiting on behalf of one of the UK’s leading property developers for a New Homes Sales Executive who are looking to expand their sales team due to region growth.
Suitable candidates will have experience in selling new homes either directly with a developer or on-site via an agency. You'll be required to secure profitable sales with the aim of achieving financial targets and as such you’ll have a proven track record of closing sales.
Duties will include:
Assisting customers around the marketing suite, noting enquiries and influencing sales.Take responsibility for maintaining the presentation of show homes and the sales office.Liaising with and selling to potential buyers.Management of the company's database: ensuring you keep track of all data.Taking telephone calls, answering website enquiries and registering new applicants.Providing impeccable customer service at all times.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 /year, £55,000 + OTE
First year OTE - £50,000 +
