Job DescriptionPlease see job spec below and the salary will be around £19 - £23k per annum. The role responsibilities include: * Processing sales orders and service jobs on SAP accurately and in a timely manner * Taking and chasing orders/payments over the phone, via fax, post or email * General office administration tasks and dealing with queries Requirements: * Sales Ordering Processing experience * Office environment customer service experience * Good organisational and time-management skills * Motivated with an aptitude to learn * Attention to detail * MS Office and PC skills Desirable: * Sales Ordering Processing experience * SAP knowledge * May suit someone with call centre experience Ideally full time Hours are Mon - Thurs 8:15 am - 5pm Friday 8:15 am - 3:45 pm 1 hour lunch break The person should be * Reliable * Accurate * Friendly and professional telephone manner * Can do attitude and willing to learn We are a friendly team offering good benefits, 20 days annual leave and a competitive salary Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
