As a Senior Service Advisor you will play the important role of front line support to the Partnership and Field Management Team and all aspects relating to Partner Remuneration, Partner Benefits, BSP and Loan related queries, from appointment to retirement via emails and telephone calls. What you'll be doing: * Dealing with a wide range of queries via e-mail and telephone as part of a team who are responsible for handling all inbound calls and emails from the Partnership and FMT * Work through emails allocated from the Partnership Accounts Inbox ensuring all queries are dealt with efficiently and in line with service expectations across the Partnership * Handle all Partners/Field Management teams calls in relation to all aspect of Partner Remuneration, Partner Benefits, Client Management and related queries * Adhere to service levels as set by Senior Management * Host presentations to Partners and FMT on all aspects of Partner Remuneration * Initiate contact/investigation with admin centres and 3rd parties for queries that require further investigation and liaise and update Partners/FMT * To actively get involved in projects to support the development of the Partner Finance department and follow these from beginning to end * Be seen as an expert in the day to day administration tasks of the department having knowledge in more complex issues & processes * Putting Partners first at all times and delivering a professional, fr...
