As Resolutions Executive you will pride yourself on delivering exceptional customer service to every customer and be responsible for managing complaint cases from the first acknowledgement call, investigating the customers concerns to producing a written outcome for them. You will be looking to understand the root cause of the customer concern and the response that you will produce, will be a fair reflection of the evidenced concerns that the customer raises whilst considering Yopa's and our Ombudsman's guidelines. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone who is motivated by providing exceptional customer experiences and being a key contributor to the growth of the business by delivering feedback across every function. Everyday will offer different challenges as few complaints are ever the same. Main duties and Responsibilities: * Managing your workload to meet all deadlines and productivity goals. * Deliver an outstanding level of service to the customer by giving clear information and exceeding their expectations. * Liaising with stakeholders during the complaints journey, obtaining their viewpoint and giving regular updates on the case. * Working independently and as part of a team to investigate and resolve complaints. * Writing the findings of your investigation into a clear outcome. * Finding the appropriate corrective and preventative actions to resolve the customers issues * Providing feedback to areas within the business to grow our customer journey and prevent future complaints.
