Business Operations Manager (charity in herts). Civitas Recruitment are proud to be working with a great charity based in Hertfordshire focused on the care community. The charity has been experiencing a significant amount of growth and opportunity exists for a Business Operations Manager to join the team. This is a great opportunity to make a significant contribution to a UK charity in a leadership post. Who are we looking for? The role will cover a number of operational functions including ICT project management and oversight, administrative support, premises, health and safety, quality assurance and business continuity planning. As such we are seeking an operations manager who is able to provide guidance and develop the above areas. You will have great communication skills with the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders. You will be competent and familiar with managing and completing IT projects with previous experience of managing staff and resources as well as external contractors. You will possess excellent organisation skills and be familiar with health and safety procedures and premises management.
