Are you looking for an HR Coordinator role where you can really develop your skills and experience?

Supporting the HR Team, you will have the opportunity to be involved in all areas of HR and will be the first point of contact for HR queries. This role will undertake all aspects of HR coordination including onboarding, payroll processing and recruitment administration. You will also be responsible for assisting the business with recruitment, performance management and employment related questions.
This role would suit someone who is studying towards their CIPD qualification, has 2 years' experience of working within an HR function and has the ability to work in a busy environment. Prioritisation skills, along with good organisational ability, time management and enthusiasm to develop further are a must.
Duties will include;
Notetaking during Disciplinary, Grievance & Performance Management Hearings Monitoring and maintaining employee benefits Making sure all eligible employees are enrolled on the company pension scheme Liaising, where necessary, with the outsourced payroll providers as well as other departments e.g. Finance Adding, removing and processing new starters and leavers, as well as generally updating and maintaining the database in a timely manner Assisting in the preparation of Contracts of Employment and Offer Letters Answering any general HR queries and completing the necessary administration Managing employee sickness, holiday and overtime records for payroll processing Assisting with the preparation of annual P11D reporting
You should also have knowledge and practical application of UK employment law and excellent communication skills.
