Position: Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer Salary (L): £66,471 Warwick Based Warwickshire's Police and Crime Commissioner, Philip Seccombe, is seeking to recruit a Chief Executive and Monitoring Officer who will play a key role in supporting him to deliver his Police and Crime Plan and carry out duties in accordance with the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011. You will assist the Commissioner in holding the Chief Constable to account, to foster collaboration and partnership activity with statutory and voluntary bodies across the county, regionally and nationally and dynamically lead and manage an effective and efficient office of the Police and Crime Commissioner. You will be a visible and influential leader in Warwickshire working with a range of partners to commission services in support of the Police and Crime Plan. Candidates should be able to demonstrate significant experience in governance and leadership roles, preferably within the public sector and have a successful track record of managing change and driving innovation, together with the ability to think independently and strategically and possess excellent communication skills. As Monitoring Officer, it will be your role to ensure legality, effective governance and the highest ethical standards are maintained.
