FM Coordinator / Reception / Front of house / Global tech firm / 28K.
My client is a Global Facilities Management company based in the city, looking for an Experience Assistant.
Facilities management experience preferred
Practical experience in working with supply partners to deliver a seamless, integrated service
Knowledge and awareness of the facilities management industry.
Self-motivated and resourceful, good administrative and communication skills
Customer services experience and the ability to communicate at all levels
Responsible for local end user relationships and customer engagement
Deputy to the Experience Manager and able to cover all aspects of site facilities management operations, ensuring that all FM services are delivered in a confident and efficient manner.
Comply with HSE requirements as outlined within the SLA
Nominated co-ordinator e.g. Fire Marshall as required for emergency control activities
Maintain monthly performance measurement information for line management in support of contract performance requirements.
Be responsible for the image and visual standards of the site/s
Other duties may include-Front of house cover, Admin/Finance Support, EHS Training, Work Order Management, Room/Event Set-Up, Mail Room, Furniture Management, site audits.
