Our client, a highly successful property services organisation, is now seeking a Sales Administrator to be based in either the Wirral or London. An amazing opportunity, the successful candidate will report directly into the Head of Business Development whilst providing support for the Business Development Team.
Provide administrative assistance to the Head of Business Development, Business Development Directors and Business Development Team by producing letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets, filing; and general administration for the sales department.
Produce high level custom management/sales reports through the CRM (Salesforce) for the Head of Business Development and Business Development Director in order to measure the sales teams productivity.
Produce/amend standard forms for use by the sales team.
Help to produce marketing/sales material
Processing sales contracts via salesforce.
Ensure that all sales records are accurately maintained and updated.
Help to train new members of the team in using Salesforce.The ideal candidate must have good general administrative skills, strong working knowledge of Salesforce and previous experience creating high level sales reports on Salesforce. In addition you will have excellent interpersonal skills and will be highly self motivated
