We're also a Sunday Times top 100 Best Company to Work for, investing care, time and resources in our people The role As Caretaker, you will be required to carry out cleaning, landscaping, clearance, gardening and general maintenance works to communal areas in accordance with any written and/or verbal specification. You'll work with other Caretakers, Housing Services Officers, Contractors and office staff in the management of schemes, ensuring that issues concerning residents and the sites in general are reported to the appropriate person, but that the principles of confidentiality are adhered to at all times. You'll provide a service that promotes the welfare of the residents, in particular, those who are frail or vulnerable. You'll maintain and update the list of tools and equipment at each allocated scheme and advise management when new materials are required or need to be maintained, repaired or renewed.
