My client, an independent training provider, providing NVQs, Apprenticeships and short courses are recruiting for a brand new course they are delivering the newly approved Healthcare Cleaning Operative apprenticeship standard.
The trainer assessor will be based at home, and as it is a brand new role for the company- the company will find and recruit learners as close to the trainer as possible.
Initially the role will include helping the company design and create an engaging 12 month programme for the new standard. Once the learners are recruited, they will all be apprentices within level 1 -3 (so 18-19 year olds). The company will give the trainer learners and they alternate between face to face visits and online remote visits/ sessions, giving plenty of admin time at home the rest of the time for the paperwork. It will be a case of managing own number of learners and diary. The students submit their reports and essays online and e-portfolios are used.
