Billing Agent. Billing Agent - Lanarkshire Pertemps are currently working with a leading organisation who are looking to add to their team. The company has went through a period of growth and always promote internally. This role offers a basic salary of £17k + bonus and excellent benefits. Main duties include; • Raising invoices through system • Obtaining order numbers/purchase orders for clients • Dealing with invoice query's • Raising credit requests as appropriate once agreement has be gained to correct client queries • Adding and amending information on system • Liaising with Service Managers and clients as appropriate to agree methods of billing, presentation requirements and agreed rate/SOR changes Essential skills: • Proficient in Excel • Previous finance experience • Excellent administration skills • Excellent communication skills and good telephone manner I look forward to receiving your application.
