Chef De Partie. A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join our client's team in Redbridge, East London. This role will initially be on a temporary basis but may lead to a permanent position after a successful qualifying period. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a busy hospital or hotel canteen environment and be able to advise management on menus and cost, as well as delivering top quality meals within an allotted time frame. Working hours will be 6.30am to 2.30pm and 12.00pm to 7.30pm, on a rota basis, Monday to Friday and every other weekend, 37.5 hours. The successful candidate must hold at least a level 2 certificate in food hygiene, due to the nature of the job. Enhanced DBS is essential due to vulnerable adults and children being on site.
