Pre-sales Executive - Client Advisor (English & Arabic).
We are currently recruiting Client Advisors to work as Pre-sales Executives for an industry leading Advisory Firm.

Base Salary with an attractive incentive plan. Working days and hours will be discussed at the interview.
This is a full time position. Partial Work-From-Home is possible. Returning Mums welcome.
You must have full work authorisation to work in the UK. We are unable to provide sponsorships to international applicants.
You will have experience in customer service, pre-sales or sales in a high growth environment.
We prefer experience in selling off-plan residential units or having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a developer or an Estate Agency, or have experience with a Residency / Citizenship Operator. In absence of real estate experience, we will prefer sales / customer service experience from Hospitality or allied niche sectors.
The applicant must have proficiency in English and Arabic.
For this role duties will include:
• You will be working on prospect enquiries from a region allocated to you;
• You will update the CRM with fresh enquiries and update status on existing database;
• You will collect details from prospects via email, texts or calls and qualifying their requirements;
• You will work on incoming enquiries including sending texts, making calls, sending emails and arranging video meetings with the Director when appropriate;
• You will keep in touch with follow up information and continuing follow up as mutually agreed with the prospect or at regular intervals;
• You will be responsible for advising clients on the sales journey and progressing sales to a level where it can be handed over to a Line Director;
• You will keep the sales pipeline up to date with most recent comments and address all incoming questions from prospects on text, chat or emails;
