About the role As Executive Chef of Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, you will manage and direct the team on a daily basis to ensure the culinary operation of the restaurant delivers consistent excellence, exceeding industry norms to always be ahead of the market and be recognised through awards and accolades accordingly.
You will be expected to always act responsibly and ensure others are brand ambassadors for Mandarin Oriental, Heston Blumenthal and the Fat Duck Group.
