Marketing Communications & Operations Manager.
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing Communications & Operations Manager to join a vibrant, fast paced, consumer team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for managing one of their major brands, above the line communications, in centre promotions and all point of sale materials. You will also be responsible for maintaining the marketing operations manual and ensuring processes within the marketing team are followed in addition to overseeing the effective management of customer contact within the team.
Your role will involve:
Developing regional or national above the line campaigns Developing and delivering content marketing plan Working with Area Managers to understand quarterly tactical requirements, plan local marketing activity and take responsibility for delivery of local marketing, ensuring all comply with standards Creation of tactical solutions that Area Managers can call upon to stimulate sales Liaising with the creative agency as well as managing the public relations agency and social media profiles to develop a clear and strong brand that communicates purpose and values Working with the team to ensure brand is consistent across all marketing activities Responsibility for developing metrics around brand awareness and developing plans to impact them Negotiating best rates for media channels such as radio, press, outdoor, sponsorships etc. Working with Head of Marketing on development of brand propositions and taking responsibility for monitoring their success/ take-up Management and roll out of retail site branding, signage POS & manufacturer promotions Management and distribution of all internal communications Overseeing and developing the customer contact advisor Developing and maintaining our Marketing Operations Manual and ensuring that processes documented are followed in addition to overseeing the marketing administration duties get fulfilled
