Job DescriptionOur client based in Henley town centre is looking for a Weekend Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible. Based in a lovely modern working environment amongst a great team of people, the purpose of this role is to provide a professional service to all guests arriving in Reception whilst also supporting the business with adhoc administration duties. You will be responsible for taking new bookings over the phone and via their website, ensuring all payments are made after appointments, assisting with scanning and marketing admin and ensuring the office is maintained to a high standard at all times. Looking for an individual who is highly professional, organised with exceptional customer service skills. Hours of work are: Friday 12pm - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 4.30pm and Sunday 9am - 1pm. Onsite parking is also offered.
