We are looking for a talented and passionate CHEF DE PARTIE to join the Kitchen brigade in Hélène Darroze at the Connaught.The Connaught, in London’s chic Mayfair district, radiates a fascinating history and oozes style through its contemporary-classic design. Hélène Darroze, the proud holder of two Michelin stars for her signature restaurant at the Connaught, is inspired by authentic regional and seasonal flavours, with roots in her native Landes region of South West France. This is a real chance to be part of Hélène’s team of dedicated and experienced professionals. Main Duties and Responsibilities:As CHEF DE PARTIE, you will work closely with the Sous Chef and play a key role in the fine dining kitchen Brigade. You will be a talented chef who is able to multi-task and has a passion for working with fresh and quality ingredients. You will actively take part in developing the skill of your Demi Chef de Partie and Commis Chef. Entry Requirements:You will be working within a busy professional kitchen that is creative and passionate in their cooking. You will be committed to your team, to delivering quality products and dishes. You will have proven experience in a quality driven kitchen environment. Having experience of working in a Michelin starred environment is highly desirable.
