Job DescriptionWe have taken a Part time role based near Amersham 4 days a week 5h/day or 5 days a week 4 hours/day, and pro-rata holiday allowance. We ideally want someone who has worked with Health Safety in some capacity ESSENTIAL * Good Education * Good sound knowledge of Health & Safety issues and the need for safe methods of working; The first point of contact for customer enquiries and providing appropriate advice and information. The role will require communicating effectively with customers whether via the telephone or email & responsible for a range of administrative tasks, supporting the Maintenance Manager. An energetic individual capable of working on their own and also within a team is essential to fulfil this role. Key Responsibilities * Deal with enquiries from customers, providing appropriate advice and information, through email, website and telephone * Directing queries from customers to the appropriate site/person where necessary * Manage and maintain relevant administration and reporting systems * Assist with client account queries * Comply with Health and Safety working practice in accordance with the company's policy * Be flexible and work effectively with other colleagues * IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications * To have the overall responsibility for the practical organisation of the day to day cleaning operation within the building; * Monitor and achieve the key performance targets and standards of cleaning closely and drive improvements and efficiencies where possible to meet customer demand; * Manage sickness, absence and annual leave for cleaning team, including recording and submitting documentation to Management and HR; * To manage inventory controls of cleaning equipment and materials to ensure that orders can be placed on a tim...
