A well established, multi-service regional law firm in Macclesfield is seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join its expanding Employment Team.
You will be working with a well regarded Head of Employment, alongside whom you will handle all aspects of employment law including terminations, restructures & redundancy and discrimination, as well as HR matters and providing support to business clients. Additionally, you will be expected to advise personal clients on a range of employment law matters including settlement agreements.
You must be a qualified employment solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in handling a range of employment law matters.
Excellent personable skills are required as key to networking, business development and department growth, together with the confidence and ability necessary to network in the local business community.
Salary is negotiable depending on the level of experience and will include a benefits package alongside the potential of a bonus for acquiring new work.
