About to embark on the next stage of growth and having just won their largest, flagship scheme, this team are looking for an experienced Property Manager to support their vision. The company are investing in internal systems and processes to make them "slicker" and more efficient in day to day operations. Their portfolio spans across the South Coast up into London and they have plans to tender for larger sites to increase their portfolio size. The team are dynamic, focused and hardworking. With accounts professionals, surveyors and admin support, the team take a collaborative approach to Property Management. As their new Block Manager, your role will be to manage an assigned portfolio of residential leasehold blocks in line with industry regulation, guidelines and best practice. Your role will therefore include setting and managing service charge budgets, carrying out site inspections, overseeing major works projects, chairing AGMs and building and maintaining strong relationships with the leaseholders and clients across your portfolio. The portfolio size is dependent on the experience level of the successful candidate.
