Job DescriptionB2B Digital Account Manager Do you have passion for digital marketing with experience in pharma? Our client, a highly successful independent agency are looking to hire an Account Manager to manage a portfolio of integrated life science and pharma client retainer accounts. The position that has been born out of agency growth will involve devising, implementing and tracking integrated marketing campaigns that are rooted in digital channels and metrics. The Role: This role be responsible for leading the delivery of world class marketing campaigns. This means you'll have an excellent understanding of PR, digital marketing and other communications tools and how they're applied with these kind of clients. You'll understand the tools that can be used to monitor campaign success and have the ability to strategically recommend clients on how to achieve their objectives across the whole marketing mix. Responsibilities: Account management * Account management of a portfolio of life science clients, building and maintaining relationships, growing and retaining client accounts and ensuring the on time and on budget delivery of world class work. * Devising marketing communications strategies in line with client objectives. * Tracking, analysing and reporting key metrics for campaigns and using these to create retainer planning & strategy. * Leading meetings and acting as a strategic advisor to clients. * Managing, training and supporting junior team members to aid progression. * Supporting with the creation and presenting of new business proposals and pitches when required.
