Calling all experienced CDP or Junior Sous Chefs who are willing to take on a new challenge.
To drive culinary innovations, food quality, and culinary operations that ensures guest satisfaction, efficiency, profitability and ISO compliance across all culinary operations within Kudos.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible with the H&S aspects of the kitchen and comply with company regulations Look at any financial opportunities to increase profit and manage wastage Monitor food monthly food costs through production and wastage tracking and sales volumes To audit and report on the standards of food quality, taste and presentation in operation Ensure consistency in delivery of food, be hands on, pro-active and creative Passionate about cooking and food presentation To audit and report on the standards of culinary operations with EHO and ISO guidelines serving as the measure through structured and documented site checks Analysis of customer feedback relating to food and addressing any points with venue team Actively monitor price developments on all purchasing lines and adjust menu specifications and needed to maintain and improve GP Responsible with stock takes and orders Conduct structured Kitchen audits to ensure compliant with ISO audits To communicate effectively with colleagues and staff on all levels, verbally face to face and in writing Producing the food allergens on weekly basis Support Kudos Sales and Marketing initiatives and supply content when needed Market research: identifying the latest food, presentation and design trends from our and related industries (including competitors) that can be translated into our retail and event in unit menus Maintain high standard of personal presentation.
