Job DescriptionWatford, Hertfordshire Permanent and full time £16,448 - £16,548 37.5 hours per week To work every other weekend ** Weekday; day - 2:30pm-10pm, sleep-10pm-7am, morning 7am-9:30am Weekend; day - 1pm or 2:30pm-10pm, sleep in 10p ** Adults with Learning Difficulties, Autism BS Social Care are currently recruiting for a Support Worker for an adult`s residential home within Watford, Hertfordshire looking for candidates that have the values and passion for helping others. This role is to work alongside and support 5 service users in total age between 31yrs - 83yrs. 4 of the service users are within the residential home and 1 service user lives in their own home down the road. About the role; a typical day as a Support Worker for this service would include a handover (the Shift Leader would delegate tasks), you would then be involved in the personal care of the service users that need it, assist with breakfast where needed, oversee medication and so forth. You would assist the service users with driving to where they need to be that day ie day centre ect (if non driver then taxis can be used).
