Sales Manager - Online Estate Agency.
Our client is a market leader in the Online Residential Property Sector. Owing to a promotion their Online Estate Agency Team need a new Sales Manager
This is your opportunity to bring your skills and experience and make a real difference to the team and the business.
Above all you will be a real Sales Leader and a strong negotiator with strong influencing skills to achieve sales targets set by the Board.
You will manage and develop a team of 2 and be capable of training, developing, mentoring, motivating and maximising the potential of your team. When appropriate you will recruit and develop new members to increase your team and its sales potential.
You must have at least 3 years experience of managing a team with 2 years in the Estate Agency sector and love a telesales team environment.
Day to day your role will be:
Sales – your own and your teams
Results – profitable ones!
Forecasting and managing the sales pipeline
Regular reporting to the Board
