Customer Services Administrator - Kelvedon.
OMGHOWCHEAP LTD is an online stationery retailer selling everything from school supplies & writing instruments to art & crafts, selling across a range of online platforms, the largest of which are Amazon and eBay. We have an exciting job opportunity opening up with our customer services team in a rapidly growing eCommerce company based out of our offices in Kelvedon, Essex. We require a full time member of staff to join in with our existing customer services team to assist in ensuring all customer contact is dealt with professionally and in a timely manner. Requirements include: - Answer customer service enquiries consistently across various online selling platforms. - Excellent IT skill set including reasonably fast typing skills. - Good grasp of spelling and grammar. - A knowledge of MS Office. - Professional telephone manner. - Comfortable working under pressure. - Experience with Amazon and eBay would be a bonus, but not required. This role is a full-time position, hours to be 9 am to 6.00pm 5 Days a Week including some weekend work , with a starting salary between 8.20 to 8.72 per hour depending on age and experience. In addition, overtime is available. Training and Equipment will be provided.
