Basic Salary: Negotiable to secure the right individual + Uncapped Bonus
Location: Sherwood Business Park, NG15 (M1, Jct 27)
Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday
24 Days Annual Leave (upto 28) + 8 BHs + Annual Company Event Day

Your new role in Recruitment Sales:
In this brand new role the Business Development / Recruitment Sales Consultant will be responsible for winning new business and expanding our client base, this involves:
Business Development - Cold calling local businesses telesales
Face-to-face sales visits in order to generate new clients.
Building Sales Pipeline
Taking ownership of the entire sales process
Following up on Marketing Generated Leads
