JOB TITLE: Conveyancing Legal Secretary LOCATION: Warwickshire SALARY: £18000-£22000 We are currently seeking a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join a highly reputable law firm, based in Warwickshire, working within their conveyancing team.
Overview: The successful Conveyancing Legal Secretary will be working as part of a supportive and growing conveyancing department.
Providing assistance with residential sales, re-mortgages and purchases This is an fabulous opportunity for someone who has experience working within conveyancing or commercial property and wants to join a friendly and well established conveyancing team.
In this role as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary your key duties will include: • Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face • Case management • Assisting with general administrative duties • Audio typing • Diary management • Completing online searches, and completing Land Registry and SDLT forms online.
• Preparing contracts, completion statements and invoices This is a full time, permanent position working hour 9am-5.15pm Monday to Friday.
